Relationship with Instagram
- goonview is not affiliated or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
- goonview does not have a target to tarnish the INSTAGRAM mark.
- goonview operates completely separately from Instagram.
- goonview does not attempt to wrongfully capitalize on Instagram’s reputation.
- Similarity in goonview and Instagram trademarks does not make any sense. These domain names and trademarks belong to absolutely different companies.
Delivery Policy
To access goonview Services, you must register for a goonview account by creating a user name and password. By registering, you agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password.
The Services allow you to analyze the promotion of your social account, use our chat, including chatbot and CMS system to interact with clients, submit associated information, text, files, and other materials, and share that user content in your social network accounts.
We will deliver the login instructions for goonview Services to your account or through other reasonable means no later than when we have received payment of the applicable fees.
The Downloader and Story Saver services are created for use only with personal accounts of goonview users. We are not responsible for the content that is downloaded or watched by users with the help of goonview services.
Additional Notes
- It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use goonview at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
- We require your Instagram username and password to obtain the required information for the Instagram API. We don’t store, give away, use in bad faith, or otherwise distribute your password to any third parties.
- You should always keep in mind that there is a risk of losing your Instagram account as you work with that account via our system that is not official and not approved by Instagram.
- You should realize all risks and take any responsibility for using your Instagram account via our system.
Account Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
- Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. goonview cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one trial account.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Security and Payment
The website uses SSL encryption that guarantees the confidentiality of your information in the transmission of data. In no case does Wiseway SIA collect, store or transfer data from your card. The payment operation is carried out entirely through the secure server of our payment gateway.
Wiseway SIA will not sell, buy, facilitate, exchange or distribute in any other way your account or transaction data, personal information, or your credit card, with the exception of the bank that processes the payment, Visa / Mastercard corporations or in response to requests from the competent government.
